The service I received with Dacres was fast and efficient. My house sold within a week and at the price I really wanted. Quality buyers were booked to view my property, this was very important to me. I was really disappointed with the service I received from Matthew especially after using Dacres in the past and having an excellent experience. If I’m honest I would have complained following the overpricing of my house and assurance it would sell within days/weeks at the most and then the suggestion that there was further negotiation room to my buyers than there was (despite me telling Matthew this on numerous occasions). If it weren’t for the excellent service from Heather and Shaun I’d have complained and moved to another agent. Shaun and Heather were personable, took the time to learn about me as a customer, my needs/wants for my onward purchase as well as my property and both were a saving grace in this process. Fantastic members of staff and if you were to use Dacres Saltaire for your sale I’d recommend only communicating/dealing with them.
