I've moved house many many times in the Bradford district, used multiple estate agents when buying and selling and honestly these are the best. I bought a house from them, their customer service as a buyer was incredible from start to finish. Always willing to help, always accommodating and professional. If I'm ever in a position to buy or sell again I'll be using these guys.

K M Maxfield looked after the rental of our property for circa 10 years, finding and vetting new Tenants, all of whom were excellent. Recently they have marketed our property and thanks to their efficiency found a purchaser and successfully guided us through the sale process. We cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and would totally recommend them to anyone with similar needs to ourselves

We had a protracted house buying experience with a number of disappointments before we found our new home. We dealt with quite a few local estate agents during this time and K M Maxfield were so much more professional, empathetic and knowledgeable than any of the others. I wouldnt even consider using anybody else in the future and if we were to buy a property I would also go to these guys first. They really were brilliant and bent over backwards to assist us.

Oh I just did ;) What should have been a straightforward sale turned into a nearly seven-month saga, plagued by chain issues, deed of variation complications, and frankly incompetent solicitors elsewhere in the process. Through all of that, KM Maxfield were absolutely outstanding. Karen, Andy, Robert and Heather are a genuine dream team. They went way above and beyond the call of duty — not just managing the sale, but actively helping us navigate our onward purchase, offering calm, honest advice at every step, and being endlessly available when things felt like they might fall apart. Their communication, professionalism, and sheer determination to get this over the line were second to none. When others dropped the ball, KM Maxfield picked it up — repeatedly.
