We've been using Martin & Co ever since we decided to rent out our property and I really have no faults, the company is fabulous. In particular I'd like to mention Hannah who has been truly amazing in her work with us, I never feel any cause of concern for the property because she is so excellent at what she does. I have used Martin and co for several years as a BTL agent and recently for a property sale. Sad a letting agent I found the staff universally helpful and considerate. Everyone seems to know and understand the business and were both helpful when I needed help and wise when I needed information. All in all they calmly smoothed 20 years of troubled waters and made being a landlord far more tolerable. During the recent sale they were united as a team, all were kind, helpful, experienced and above all they were available. Early on they generated a lot of interest and even managed to get offers over the asking price. The sale went through successfully and the asking price was paid. I cannot fault my experience with this estate agents, Carol and Hannah have been so helpful and kind, they are genuinely lovely people to deal with and a credit to the business. Good staff really do have an impact on retaining customers and because of them I will use Martin & Co again.
