honestly can't recommend this garage enough! After my insurance company wrote my car off, I was devastated—but then I found this place, recommended by a friend. Not only did they take the car in, but they had it fully fixed and back on the road in just a matter of days—and at an incredibly reasonable price. I dealt with Jacob throughout the whole process and he was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, nice, honest, and super helpful from start to finish. He kept me informed the whole way and made what could have been a really stressful experience completely smooth and straightforward. If you need anything done on your car, don’t even think twice—this is the place to go. Massive thanks again to Jacob and the team!

Popped down to the garage for some advice today and spoke with a technician called Alistair. Absolutely excellent service, very helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Really impressed and looking forward to using Northcliffe Garage in the future

Faultless customer service. A part Northcliffe replaced on my car failed after 4 weeks whilst I was away, leading to an unexpected last minute garage bill. Northcliffe couldn't offer an explanation of how this happened - understandable as I couldn't return the part to them. they did offer to refund the price of the part from my original bill and did this promptly with no hassle.

Had an extensive amount of work completed. Best price by a mile also the customer service I received was amazing. Dealt with a young man called Jacob who made me feel comfortable from start to finish explaining the process and the time frame given was awesome I got a surprise call the day before that the work had been completed. Would give 10 stars if I could! 100% recommend!

Northcliffe Garage are fantastic in every department. Their expertise, professionalism, patience, integrity and customer care are exemplary. I have used them for many years now after a recommendation, and in turn I have recommended them to friends, family and neighbours who have all had an excellent experience with them too. A special mention must go to Mike, Zack, Jacob and Clem who I have had direct dealings with who really make you feel like 'one of the family'. Keep up the great work!
