I got a full set of acrylics today and they are absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t be happier with them, so so beautiful!! The staff are lovely and are so talented, I would definitely recommend!

I have been coming here for a year, every time I get a hand design that fits diffrent events I do as I’m a cosplayer and they always get them perfect! They are well done, very gentle and make sure I leave happy! Galaxy nails is my nail place forever now!

This place is an absolute joke. I went in just to get gel removed from my hands and feet, something that should be simple, and they charged me £16 for it. That alone is a rip off, but the worst part? They didn’t even do it properly. There’s still some nasty black residue left on my nails. It looks disgusting and now my nails feel damaged and neglected. When I asked about a student discount, they told me it only applies if you’re under 18. Since when is that a student discount? That’s a child discount. Clearly they don’t know the difference or just make up the rules as they go. The staff were rude, dismissive, and the manager or main guy had the worst attitude of all. Zero professionalism and absolutely no customer service skills. I left feeling ripped off and annoyed. This place is dirty, overpriced, and full of people who clearly don’t care about doing a decent job. Avoid at all costs. Never setting foot in this dump again.

I came here for gel nails before my baby shower and it was just awful. The person doing my nails clearly had no idea what they were doing, made my cuticles bleed and then smeared the polish in with it and put it back into the bottle so I will never trust the hygiene of the place again. There was gel all over my hands, the finish was patchy and messy and I was gutted as they looked horrible for my baby shower. Just avoid this place at all costs.
