I had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, taking the time to explain medications clearly and answer any questions. Service is efficient and well-organised, and prescriptions are handled promptly and accurately. The pharmacy has a welcoming atmosphere and consistently provides a high standard of care and professionalism. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for its reliability, excellent customer service, and genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.

Very unprofessional. Spoke to Liz regarding my mums medication which was sent to this pharmacy in error. Liz promised to get my mums medication delivered which never happened on time and caused my mum distress due to her dementia. After speaking to Liz several times today regarding my mums medication she asked me to leave her a goole review with her name. No positive review to leave as my mum was without medication the whole time. Avoid this chemist.

Hello, I am a regular weekly customer at Bingley Road Pharmacy and I would like to comment on the service I have experienced recently a couple of weeks ago. One particular Wednesday morning i was at BRP and was not feeling very well and Fozia one of the top members of staff noticed i was not too good and offered to take me home, although I did manage that and called me to see that i had arrived safely. That's a service you don't find anywhere else. Fozia, is quite a special and kind person, who always goes above and beyond her call of duty. Well ✔️ done Fozia.

Went there a few months ago and the stress some of the older people put on the younger ones was DISGUSTING. Items was missing and staff were laughing, don’t see how life saving medication going missing is funny. Also a lady I think forzia had said if I get this sorted please can you leave me a review ? So I have to give you a review so I can get my medication. I DONT THINK SO. Avoid all costs.

Awful advice from the 'pharmacists'; diamorphine apparently isn't derived from morphine? Wrong prescriptions or missing items, for other people in the queue & repeatedly for me. Text messages saying everything is available apart from some important things that are ordered only when you turn up. Under new management apparently, but nothing has changed. Avoid if you want decent care.
