We were extremely pleased with the new bathroom fitted by Norton. From start to finish the process was seamless and the end result far exceeded our expectations. When issues were identified when the old bathroom was removed they were clearly explained and sorted without any fuss. I would absolutely recommend Norton especially if you want to cut out the expensive bathroom shops.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lots of advice and help planning new bathroom. Organised plasterer, electrician and skip hire. Quality of work is outstanding, really happy with finished bathroom. Norton is reliable, hard working and friendly. Everything was left spotless afterwards. I had an old boiler that had broken leaving me with no hot water. I contacted Norton Johnson and they were very responsive, came round exactly on the time they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the problem. Very professional, excellent service and a good price. I will definitely use them again if I have a problem in the future.
