We had a great experience with George Pcikersgills and Sons from start to finish. The move was well organised, efficient and completely stress-free. A special mention to Ciaran, who was absolutely brilliant! professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. The team arrived on time, worked quickly and treated our belongings as if they were their own. Communication was clear throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving house.

Wow, what exceptional service. The lads at George Pickersgill have just relocated us from Argyll back home to Yorkshire. Arrived exactly as planned, loaded one vehicle with great care but quickly and efficiently, having identified all the potential problems moving a large house. Took care of our pictures, in special transit bags, took care of our furniture even in in wet conditions of Argyll, dismantled beds, tables, tvs and packed everything with great care, normally associated with ownership of personal property. Loaded a second vehicle with a miscellany of boxes and mis- shapen items. Arrived to deliver to our new home, unloaded, located everything around the house, not one item damaged, nothing misplaced. Everything reassembled, everything good. All done with a degree of enthusiasm, cheerfulness and care. In this day and age it is a pleasure to encounter a group of individuals with such a work ethic to deliver everything promised. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a pleasure to be part of.

Brilliant service, very accommodating and professional. The lads worked really hard to get things done quickly, but took a lot of care with my mum's fragile and precious belongings. They used floor coverings and bags for mattresses and sofas. They took a lot of stress out of a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend these guys, they are proper professionals.

Excellent experience with this professional firm. We moved out of our house and stored our furniture with them for a month before moving to our new home. They were careful, quick, friendly and accomodating of any request. A great team and value for money.

I have used George Pickersgill a number of times. On every occasion the service has been excellent. The booking and and administration is always super smooth and very flexible. The team that move are great and go out of their way to make what could be stressful as easy as possible. Highly recommend.
