Very, Very disappointed to be honest. I bought a custom made to fit all weather cover for my caravan for winter storage that cost in excess of £500. There were far cheaper alternatives that were in generic sizes but this one fitted perfectly. My issue is that I paid extra to have a clear window fitted so my roof mounted solar panel would still charge the battery. Only just over 2 years old and the plastic window has literally disintegrated!! Stuck to my solar panel and was all sticky, then went rock hard and brittle and literally just fell apart!!! Contacted customer services and was VERY disappointed to be told it is out of warranty so basically you will have to fix it yourself with glue! I really thought that for the money I paid and the fact it was only 2 years old they would at least have asked me to return it at my own expense for a new piece to be fitted. So they sent me some off-cuts and said I will need to glue them on myself. That for a cover costing over £500!!! And I have no reason to think the replacement window will last any longer than the old one! Sometimes you go with reputable more expensive companies expecting premium service and it just doesn’t happen. Very disappointed!!!!

So tow cover arrived today, really impressed with the quality and fit! Staff really good helping me decide on the best cover, and responded well to emails. Kept updated on progress of order, overall a fantastic experience

I purchased a custom fit caravan cover recently. It fits like a glove and I am very pleased with it. Looks like it is made with sturdy materials and should last a long time. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks, I was kept informed of progress along the way. I can thoroughly recommend Specialised Covers.

I ordered my indoor cover with some special instructions as my car is not standard. Sure enough I was contacted by the team at SC asking for clarifications and dimensions. I was updated at every step of the manufacture process before my cover arrived promptly. I fitted it over the weekend and I could not be happier with the result! It fits my car like a glove and is well made. Top shelf service and product - I could not recommend Specialised Covers enough!!

Visited specialised covers for a towcar bonnet bra. The service I received was first class throughout from my first telephone call until the cover was fitted and then bagged up and placed into my possession. I attended to have my vehicle measured up as I didn’t trust myself to make the measurements with so many openings needed to connect my car to the aframe. I was fully accommodated which was wonderful as a wheelchair user. They made many reasonable adjustments and treated both me and my father with the upmost respect. We have since used the cover whilst towing our car behind the motorhome and it is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this wonderful company who deserve more than full marks.
