Beccy did a wonderful job of our wedding cake. Stunning and tasted amazing - we quite literally both wanted to have our cake and eat it! Loads of little touches hidden around in the icing which our guests loved hunting for.

The best wedding cake anyone has ever seen!! Before we'd even booked a venue, my wife and I met Beccy at a quirky wedding fair and saw what a wonderful range of unique and interesting cakes she'd made. When we asked if it would be possible for her to make a giant life-sized wedding cake of "Hajhaj" our IKEA shark, she was as excited about the idea as we were, so we knew we had to hire her! The giant shark cake was exactly what we'd dreamed of, he looked incredible and really blew everyone away! We were so impressed at how Beccy pulled it off, and our guests were all talking about it afterwards! He tasted as good as he looked too, the salted caramel flavour was delicious and felt very appropriate for a shark! We've even still got a bit in our freezer to enjoy again and take our minds back to the day. As another source of cake for the day, Beccy also made us these wonderful vegan cupcakes and decorated them with the Cactus stickers from Facebook Messenger that we use a lot when talking to each other. This was another lovely personal touch to our wedding, and they tasted amazing too! Thank you again Beccy for all the work you put in to make this happen, we really appreciated it. The Hajhaj cake and cactus cupcakes were such an important part of what made our day so special and personal to us! We'll be sure to stop by for some cake pots again in the future!

From start to finish working with Beccy on our wedding cakes was an absolute dream. She got immediately what we were trying to achieve with our vision for a camp set of animal cakes and translated this all into a perfect design. The tasting was a great experience and her excitement for our cakes was infectious throughout. The final cakes not only tasted delicious but they exceeded all our expectations. They were beautifully carved and the attention to detail was incredible. The cakes were the talk of the wedding and helped to make our day truly special. I am so glad we found Beccy and can't recommend her enough.

I cannot find the words to thank Beccy for our breath-taking wedding cake from March 2024. As soon as I saw the cakes and met Beccy and Richard at York Racecourse Wedding Show I knew Cabbage Patch Bakery was the Bakery for us. Not only was our initial meeting at their cute Bakery so lovely and friendly and warm, but the help and support throughout the process as our wedding changed venues a few times. When everything changed, Beccy was the best support. She even replied to my email to reassure me when she was on her holidays which she did not have to do and there was no expectation for that. Our cake was the talk of the wedding. Absolutely perfect for us. Not only tasty but looked so imaginative and expertly crafted. Thank you so much Beccy, I cannot fault what you did for us at all. You are a marvel!

Can I just star by saying these are not cakes. These are pieces of art. What Beccy create is not only extremely delicious they’re also phenomenally beautiful. I have never had a cake as nice as this cake in the UK and trust when I say I had some nice cakes in the last 12 years that I lived in this beautiful country. What a true angel. She made the whole process (which was so stressful for me) dead simple and as a result I gained so many brownie points from the wife. I 10000% recommend anyone who’s looking to get a cake for any occasion to try these works of art and if you don’t like them, get in touch with me and I will pay for the cake.
