Why oh why is this a place that they take parcels to for collection. Ring up ask when they are open and get no answers. The times of the shop close online are before the majority of us can get there after we finish work. And when we do go there when it is stated to be open it is also closed. What's the point.

No hope here… Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a parcel shop. Stay well clear of this shop if you actually want to receive your item. I had an item scheduled to collect with parcelforce here and on my tracking it said “delivery attempted - refused by addressee” the tracking then said details of how to get the parcel were left on a slip in the shop. I go do to “hopes” to ask for the slip and why it was refused to which point the clerk denied that parcelforce had even been that day. Looking at the other reviews now I see that my situation isn’t isolated incident. I have now had to re divert to a new address at an extra cost to me and a delay of 3 days to revive my item. Simply don’t use the shop for parcels and with the way they seem to treat customers I wouldn’t bother for anything else.

Used this place to send via yodel had around 15 parcels to send the lady was lovely super helpful, however mid way through scanning the parcels an elderly gentleman came from the back of the shop started yelling at me throwing my parcels across the room shouting saying this counter is for business and not for me to put my parcels on, I was so shocked but just continued as I wanted to get these parcels out I even actually apologised, I was really shaken and when I left I couldn't stop thinking about it I've never been spoken to like before, if he doesn't see yodel as business then he needs to stop doing them. Avoid if wanting to send parcels out!

Called to ask what time the shop actually closes on a ‘normal’ day and NOT Christmas. As my partner had a parcel to pick up, and the times provided on the pickup email and on Google are contradictory. Staff member continued to completely dismiss my question, and repeatedly said they close at 2 during the festive period. Still don’t know when parcels can be picked up. STOP LEAVING PARCELS AT THIS PLACE !! What a mess!!

Had a parcel due to be delivered here today and they flat out rejected it and now it’s coming back to me. Reading the reviews now I can see why. This shop sounds a complete shambles and so does the people who run it. Shouldn’t be given the option of the post office part if they can’t run it correctly.
