Ordered some scrubs a few years ago excellent fit and wear had no problem, reordered two weeks ago the same code and size, the new scrubs are too tight when I measured there was 3cm difference despite rizues telling me it was more like 1-2cm refused to help poor customer service

The tunic and zip was of high quality. I received the parcel the next day. A great experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible service! I ordered two dresses (both in a 10) and upon arrival they were clearly very different sizes. I have spent a LOT of time trying to get the dress that measures up at more of a 14 replaced with a 10 but have been met at every opportunity with rudeness and difficulty. Jo has been instrumental in ensuring that any communication with me is strained and pointedly rude. My dress needs changing - I have paid good money for a dress I can’t use! I need this dress swapping- as this has not yet been done, offered, suggested... I would also appreciate an apology for the very sub standard service I have received. PLEASE can you ensure that this gets sorted efficiently ASAP!

Just dont waiste your time and efforts with this horrendous company!! They treat customers like dirt, I paid for express delivery 5 days later it turned up, lied about the order being dispatched, the email I received was terrible from a so called "supervisor" (JO) communication appaulling, the quality of the uniforms are poor! Steer clear. They think they are excellent all because they have a contract with the NHS, explains it all really!! Horrible vile attitudes! Wouldn't recommend at all!
