I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I brought my laptop in for what seemed like a simple issue and was quoted an extremely high price—more than half the cost of a new device. I decided to move forward, assuming the high cost meant quality work, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Not only did the final bill end up even higher due to undisclosed “diagnostic fees,” but the repair itself was not satisfactory. The laptop still has the same issues and I’m not convinced the issue was properly fixed at all. When I brought this up, I was met with vague explanations and no offer to make things right. I later spoke to another repair shop that quoted me nearly half the price for the same job—and they actually stood behind their work. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any service here. High prices and poor results are not a good combination. Thank you for your response. I can confirm that the review is correct. I do not wish to discuss the matter further, but I stand by my experience.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Brought in a laptop to be repaired as wasn't functioning properly and within a couple of hours it was back and functioning. The gentleman was extremely helpful and explained everything upfront, including the price so there was no sudden surprises when I picked it up. Highly recommend for any computer repair

Avoid at all costs charged me 35 quid for chube of paste and to paste it for me long story short thermal paste is now falling out of my pc and they don't want to accept liability for it i paid for a service and they haven't provided that service without problems and they wont refund my money there has been 3 massive size blobs of thermal paste fall out of my pc big enough for 4-5 pcs absolute scam and over heads are a joke plus not to mention that it was over pasted I have added photos of before and after what he did to what I did

Ordered a brand new gaming PC from these guys, they were very helpful in explaining what components I would need since I was buying it as a present and showed me how to make it look cool with coloured fans and custom cases. My PC order was built within a week and was all ready to go out of the box since I was unfamiliar with it they had set up prior with the preloaded programs my lad would need to start gaming. 2 weeks in and my lad is loving it. Thanks for the great service guys!

Great service! My puppy chewed through several of my wires and brought my pc in to get new cables. He had it fixed within 20 min and at a excellent cost. Will recommend and be back for any other problems. Thank you
