Wildman Computers

Ben and James were superstars and helped me out of a tricky situation by quickly identifying the problem and fixing my PC when it suddenly packed in last week. Especially important considering I stupidly hadn't backed my work up. Excellent customer service, great technical knowledge, reasonable costs. Would recommend.

I needed a new computer to upgrade to Widows 10. I ordered one from a reputable store who did not offer a set-up and transfer service so I was having sleepless nights worrying if I would be able to cope! Luckily, someone recommended Wildman computers and I was delighted to find that they could do everything for me - and they certainly did. Not only did they set up the new PC and transfer everything I wanted from the old one but they delivered and connected the new one, connected the printer and patiently answered all my questions. I was up and running straight away without any hassle - to my great relief! I cannot praise Matthew and Ben too highly and I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly turn to them with any problems or new equipment I need in future. A truly fantastic service!

After many years of buying and using the service of Wildmans I now find that they seem to be more involved in contract work and do not have the manpower to get involved in small repair work. Even worse they did not say they had a heavy work load and resulted in a totally inadequate service where i was told blatant lies and I feel treated with contempt. After 6 days I felt I had no option but to remove my machine at a cost of £55 (without a reasonable explanation on the invoice). On finding a new IT technician he said he would not have even thought about repairing it -the screen already taped up from a previous job and not worth the expense. I bought a new one from him - which from day one I had said to Wildmans I was prepared to do.

I have a Chromebook, which was fine until I wanted to engage a printer. Other computer outlets seemed clueless and then I thought Wildman Computers, I had used them before and found them very good, from the technicai side, but also friendly and helpful. A printer was recommended which I purchased from them at a reasonable cost. Matthew did a home visit at a very reasonable price (compared to people on my doorstep). I am very happy, excellent service.

I have used Wildman Computers on many occasions in relation to all media type of problems, the staff are really helpful and don't bore you with too many details, straight to the point but still explaining anything I didn't understand. The turnaround was fantastic with clear prices quoted and I was kept up to date with any changes, in fact I came away knowing more about PC's than I did before! I am the dad of 2 kids of different ages with laptops and they helped sort out home networking among other internet related issues. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing home or work PC repairs etc.
