What did I just witness! The male who opened the shop (putting the sale signs on the bollards across from Subway at the traffic lights) has an absolutely disgusting mouth and atrocious behaviour. Take your shop to an area that accepts animal like behaviour! Avoid at all costs. We don't need people who act like this around here!

Absolutely disgusting service from the owner himself not even a member of staff. I went in to look for a couple of beds, a dining table and some wardrobes. When we went after wondering around for a few mins, he approached us and showed us two of the dining tables. We didn’t like them so he pointed us towards the beds, he didn’t even walk us through what’s what. After calling him over and asking a few questions. He was very rude and said to me I need to listen to him better. At which point I told him to stop being rude. We are the customers and he should have a better manner of speaking to us. After which he starting arguing and saying he’s the owner and he thinks the customers should listen better. Regardless of how many times I ask something the he should give me an answer especially when you are getting good business from us. Avoid the quality was very poor also

This is the fourth time we have chosen to visit Jay (the owner) at Bankrupt beds for furniture. Mattresses, beds, ottoman and bedside tables. Happy with all our purchases. Good quality and good communication around delivery dates/times. Jay is knowledgeable and friendly, always has time for a chat. Thank you Bankrupt Beds for your great service!

Very rude customer service. The staff was really disrespectful not helpful at all.
