Shipley Kitchens & Beds

We bought a kitchen from Shipley Kitchens and had it fitted within a week. The room is big and the team removed the old kitchen and fitted the new one without taking breaks so there were no unnecessary delays. The units are gorgeous and modern, all the plumbing, electrical and plastering was done and it came in at half the price of the big name firms. We are delighted to have a great place to eat with family and friends. This company is honest, hard working and you pay when the kitchen is all fitted. 10/10

Just had my kitchen supplied and fitted by Shipley kitchens and beds what an amazing experience, honest and reliable company and amazing fitting by Tony, the standard of the units is brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough, this is our first experience of a company that does what it says, turns up on time and respects your property, and completes the job from start to finish. I am giving just two stars as I am disappointed with the service I have received so far. The units are great and the price very reasonable, however the fitter started the job two weeks ago, worked on it for three days and then went onto another job leaving my kitchen unfinished. He was awaiting the door handles arriving, and I said they would be coming in a few days and I was fine with him coming back the following week. However he has since said it will be at least another week and he was supposed to contact me yesterday to let me know when he will be coming back, but he hasn't as yet. The communication with the fitter is very poor. I am hoping I will receive a better service soon and then if so I will review the stars rating and hope I can give more stars and a more positive review. The fitters came yesterday and finished off the kitchen. It looks lovely. I am pleased with it. They did a few extra little jobs for me such as putting some plaster on the walls and boarding up gaps between the walls and skirting boards which they did not charge me for and Tony said he had not charged me the £20 for some glass so overall I can forgive them for the communication issues and the delay in finishing my kitchen. The cost and installation of the kitchen has saved me around £600 than if I had purchased from say B&Q, and found an independent fitter and over £1,000 if I had purchased from other retailers such as Magnet or Wren. I can now give Shipley Kitchens and beds 5 stars.

Just had our new kitchen fitted by Tony. Excellent customer service from Abid with great communication about our last minute additional appliances. Both Tony and Abid we’re a pleasure to work with. The best price by far compared to B n Q, Wickes, Wren and other independents. Tony even made us some chopping boards from the off cuts of our worktops. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Shipley Kitchens, amazing price for a great, quality kitchen. So, so pleased with everything , from the first advice and planning to the fitting. Marvellous! Sue and Dave Cook
