We bought some bunkbed lights from this company because they were the most competitively priced and the company had good reviews. I'm really glad I did because their service was friendly and efficient, and the lights have been fantastic. That was nearly two years ago and one of the lights developed a problem recently so I contacted the team simply to enquire if the lights came with any kind of warranty, and they immediately offered a replacement without any quibble. I was so impressed with how highly they value customer service and providing quality products - they could immediately recall my order and arranged for a replacement to be posted within a day or two. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Exemplary.

So the finding of this company was part of my hopeless search of finding stock of the Parisot setup gaming desk actually in the UK. It’s not a desk that any ‘well known’ retailer had (unless you’re comfortable paying £400+ on Wayfair for a rebranded one - this cost £280 by comparison) and the few companies that claimed to sell it didn’t actually stock it - and it was clear they’d have to place an order with the manufacturer in France. You would then be at the mercy of Parisot’s own delivery network which left a lot to be desired from reviews I’ve read. So, delivery, baring in mind COVID delays, could be 4 weeks or beyond. However, I noticed that these guys had UK stock in the small print of the desk description, with free delivery (others charge £20+). I emailed them with little hope (as other small print said upto 28 days), and Anne responded promptly to say that they indeed had UK stock and delivery could be up to 2 weeks! I had a maximum of 3 weeks before my sons birthday so I took a chance and placed an order. It was delivered about 3 or 4 days later. I received a text I recall to pick my delivery day and then I received confirmation of my 2 hour delivery window not long after. Upon unpacking the contents, every part and accessory was present and unblemished. Amazing service. To some this is just a desk but to my son on his 8th Birthday this was a huge, huge part of his dream bedroom. Thank you again to Anne and whoever works for this company. I would recommend them highly and I can safely report that I’m glad my trust was not misplaced. I would not hesitate to place an order for something else. Cheers!

I purchased the Parisot gaming set up desk for my teenage daughter and it's absolutely perfect. My wife phoned to see if we could pick it up today, as we live locally and she spoke to Anne who was very helpful and friendly. We brought it today, picked it up from the really friendly warehouse guys, built it and now we have a very happy daughter. I would highly recommend if anyone is considering purchasing from this company.

Amazing customer service. My delivery started by going wrong (ordered 2 desks, both arrived with some damage). Sent a rather ranty email, got a response back that evening asking me how I wanted it resolving. Anne then checked up with me regularly making sure that I was happy with the solution. In the end both desks got replaced, at my convenience, with the delivery driver spending extra time making sure that everything was fine this time. Cannot fault the customer service. Things go wrong but how a company responds is what separates the great from the usual.

Bought more goods from here and the same friendly service. Great family run business. They seem to have an amazingly friendly staff who are in it for the long term which speaks for itself. One order was due over the recent bad weather and they kept me well informed of the delays. Well done
