Said they had a shower enclosure in stock on their site which I ordered. I then emailed a couple days later asking if it had been shipped and they didn’t respond, after following up a 2nd time, they said it wasn’t in stock and would come till 3 weeks after - could’ve just let me know from the beginning. Poor communication and transparency.

At every stage it was a pleasure to deal with Interiors Home Stores. They were one of a small number of online shops who stocked a fairly unusual shower tray, and at a competitive price. The delivery was faster than expected, and I'm very happy with the quality of the tray - and also impressed by their quick response when I asked a question.

Brilliant service from Jamie at Interior homes, our bathroom was being redone and we had the wrong shower fixing. Ordered one from Leeds branch and Jamie ensured express delivery with product arriving on time to not delay the job 👍
