I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so well looked after. Communication was great (I initially contacted them through Instagram), I dealt with Jess throughout. She was really helpful when they didn't have the charm I wanted and asked questions and made suggestions for an alternative. My appointment was lovely, Jess was so friendly and knowledgeable and ensured I was happy at every stage (after all, once it's on you can't take it off!). I love my bracelet and am hoping to get an anklet from Aurora Sky soon as well.

Got my Mrs a voucher for her birthday, she loved it as she’s wanted one of these bracelets for ages. Woman was really helpful and the voucher looks tip top 👍
