This man saved my life! Accidently snapped my memory stick while in my laptop. All of my life personal information on it - one of those things you never get round to backing up. Aki has been in the village all of my lifetime and you can see why. A lovely man - trusted him with my life literally. Worth every penny and such a reasonable amount for a quick service. It was fixed and ready so fast. He communicated with me and reassured me a few times due to me worrying so much that he would do everything he could to save my information. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had a panic situation late saturday involving my daughter's phone and a concrete floor. Messaged Baildon Communications straight away, and to our absolute delight, Aki said he could sort it EVEN ON A SUNDAY!! Phone dropped in Baildon at 11.40am. Collected, fixed and sorted - even with a new screen protector at 1.55pm. What a brilliant service. I always recommend Aki to everyone, and will continue to do so. A total gent. Thanks Aki!!

Lovely guy , he went out of his way to make sure that the iPhone replacement battery was fitted within 24 hrs despite not having the battery in stock. Great price fast and friendly service will definitely use Baildon Communications again.

Thank you so much. What absolutely brilliant service! My phone had an accident… crazed screen and damage to the back 😰. I am visiting my Dad and he recommended Baildon Communications. Akbar repaired it the same day: I dropped it off mid afternoon and he returned it to me that evening. I would strongly recommend him and would happily travel to him (approximately 70 miles) for any future tech support. Very reasonable price, excellent repair and amazing customer service. 😊
