Do yourself a favor and take notice of the bad reviews! I inquired about a phone posted on Facebook and I was told the phone was here, and they would keep it for me as I had to wait for my wages to be paid. I told them I definitely wanted it and that I would come on Friday, they said to text before I arrived. (I assumed so they could make sure the phone was ready for me) I had a long 2 hour drive ahead of me and set off at 10 am, when we were half an hour away I texted to let them know I'd be there soon only to be told the phone had been sold. All they said was, "sorry, phone sold, this is a shop, what did you expect?" ?!?!?! For you to keep your word and hold the phone for me! Then they proceeded to try and sell me another phone, via Facebook messenger, that I didn't want --- for £800!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Bad customer service and not trustworthy.

Best experience I’ve had buying a phone. The guy I spoke to was Ali - he’s a very polite and honest man. He gave me very good price for the iphone 13 pro brand new sealed. I recommend this phone shop for anyone looking for the best phone deals in Bradford.

Absolutely fantastic service from Mr Sherazi I bought a computer to replace my daughters broken one and it was there in under 24 hours. He even phoned me up to make sure I had received it. Very good about setting my mind at rest as I live a long way away. Excellent, fair price, went the extra mile and more, easy transaction too. Thank you! 😇
