Popped into the shop to grab a new phone case and ended up also getting a screen protector, and honestly, Paul was unreal. His customer service was genuinely top tier. proper friendly, patient, and actually interested in making sure I got the right stuff instead of just whatever was on the shelf. He helped me pick out a case that actually suited my phone (and my clumsy self 😂) The other worker fitted the screen protector perfectly no bubbles, no dust, none of that mess you normally get. He made the whole thing look effortless. What I loved most was how helpful he was. He explained everything, made sure I was happy with it, and didn’t rush me at all. You don’t get that kind of customer care everywhere, especially in phone shops. Massive shoutout to Paul. Top bloke, proper service. If you need anything for your phone, go see him.

Had issues with my mobile and just popped to the shop to see what they could do. Tom has been amazing! He went though all the possible “diagnosis “ and was very calm and patient. Perfect service, thank you for everything!

Incredible customer service, communication/transparency and price! Brought my laptop here that needed a battery replacement that would only hold it's charge for 1 hour after 5 years of use. I'm comfortable with hardware but couldn't replace it myself due to the manufacturer using glue, the gentleman replaced the battery with the legitimate high quality model and screwed it in for me so that I can replace it myself in future and even returned my old battery for me as a back-up, refreshing experience, highly recommend!

10/10 great service great people very helful and informative and they do the job right. i got everything authetic and genuine and its all working on my phone well and they put it on awesome and defo coming anytime my phones need fixing again, they were not interested in gaining money told me what was worth fixing and what is not, very helpful cannot explain how amazing the service was, been dissapointed at other repair shops in shipley market so i was abit uneasy going to this one however upon entering the store you can see how professional and genuine they are aswell as kind , thank you loads see you next time my phone breaks :) !

Excellent quick service at a fair price. Tom at Shipley took care of my screen and battery replacement in just over an hour. I was given quality advice and would happily use this company again.
