SALTAIRE CONVENIENCE STORE

Dropped a parcel off for return to UPS 2 weeks ago and it has disappeared. Not sent to UPS. Wrote the tracking number in a little book but didn't scan into the system. Been in the shop a couple of times and told manager on his way but never appeared. UPS investigating. Will never drop another parcel there.

The most rude, ignorant and unhelpful staff ive ever met in my life, not to mention that the shop is an absolute dump. Will from now on take my custom to the new Tescos down the road. Rude unhelpful staff. I went in to return a parcel to Amazon. Was given a handwritten receipt without any stamp or the name of the shop on it. When I queried this, never having done it before, I was invited to take my parcel away again and told I didn't need more. Staff unsmiling and unhelpful though I was smiling and chatty. Won't ever go in there again.

This store is well deserving of the bad reviews in respect of their customer service, the horrifying way in which customers of Nisa are spoken to when I, as one such customer experienced when visiting the store, is appalling and intimidating, they clearly don’t like supporting Amazon parcel service…the bad attitude it’s totally unnecessary and unacceptable….even worse, the intimidatory response really do demonstrate that the guy has anger management issues. There is enough local competition, I recommend you go else where, where staff can respect consumers, bullying is unacceptable, and Nisa, try reining in this guys bad attitude, this behaviour will harm your reputation…I would rather go out of Saltaire than be exposed to such a shocking attitude. Now we wait for the toxic response as opposed to any apology and any lessons learned 🤗
