Optimal Serviced Apartments

We had an incredible experience at Optimal Apartments in Bradford! My partner and I stayed there for his 31st birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The one-bedroom apartment was spotless, beautifully designed with LED lights throughout, and the jacuzzi was such a treat. Everything was immaculate and smelled amazing. The location was perfect too, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, which made it even more special. They even went the extra mile with a birthday decoration setup and a huge cake, which was absolutely amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Optimal Apartments for anyone looking for a special getaway.

Me and my husband stayed in apartment 8 for 2 nights and absolutely loved this place! From the moment you walk through the door there’s a touch of class and the owner is super friendly and helpful too! The apartment itself was just incredible! It’s stylish, homely, sophisticated and comfortable too. It’s hands down the best place we have ever stayed at and already planning our next trip back with friends next time. The lighting in the apartment was just amazing! Right the way through the lighting is cosy and stylish. Can’t wait to return and thank you for having us!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as shown in the photos — honestly even better in person. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and felt very homely. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was genuinely so helpful, professional, and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Any questions were answered quickly, and everything was clearly explained. The deposit was also refunded promptly, which I really appreciated and shows how trustworthy and organised he is. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the apartments and the service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Optimal Apartments to anyone and will 100% be booking again in the future. I stayed here last night with my partner as an early new years surprise for him. I booked it last minute so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was absolutely BLOWN away. I got sent a video of how to work everything and Bobsy was so communicative which made me feel so safe and secure. When I walked into the apartment I was so shocked, everything looked so lovely. It was very clean and I like there were spare toothbrushes as I forgot mine. The towels and bed sheets smelt really nice and I’ll definitely have to ask what was used!! Bobsy gave us a list of food places which made the whole experience so much easier. Bobsy really made our experience outstanding and I have no doubt that I will be booking again very very soon❤️
