I've been working with Bryn twice a week for about 3 months now, and I couldn't recommend him enough. He has improved my lifting technique no end, and has helped me to rebuild my strength and fitness after avoiding the gym for the last 3 years. He's incredibly knowledgeable, great at explaining things, and he is really skilled in knowing just the right way to motivate you and keep you going. I have worked with a few different PT's in the past, and I can say that Bryn is hands down the nicest, and most enjoyable to work with. If you don't take yourself too seriously, you're prepared to work hard to get results, and you like decent music when you train - then I'd say Bryn is the PT to work with.
I have been training with Bryn for 2 months now and i already feel fitter and stronger. He is very professional and i have felt i am in good hands especially with lower back issues. The sessions are always different and i always feel so much better afterwards. I would highly recommend Bryn for anyone at any level of fitness. A very good investment in yourself. Jannine
This is the guy... Bryn strikes the perfect balance of no nonsense, motivational and utterly un-intimidating. He is knowledgeable, practical and friendly, knowing exactly how to get the best out of you. He somehow manages to make every session grueling yet simultaneously euphoric! The gym itself is perfectly equipped for a huge range of different disciplines and while it is perfectly equipped for anyone with an interest in strength sports, it is equally well set up if you fancy chucking some kettlebells about or getting your crossfit on! I personally have made huge progress while training at TST and would highly recommend to anyone who needs that motivation to make a change!
