Referred by a friend, could not be happier. I am now regular visiting Tuesdays and Fridays. The staff make you feel at ease and make you smile. Lovely environment.
If I could leave 6 stars I would. Had my first session yesterday it was amazing really well led - thanks Pam, beautiful very clean location and amazing- value. I'll be back again next week!
Been going to YoBalance now for 6 months and it's fantastic! If you want Bikram Yoga style Yoga with out having to trail to Leeds then this is the best around! Classes are great, the teachers know what they're doing and the temperature is good. Highly recommended!
