Loved the helpful staff at this venue as I arrived extra early to set up for Christening celebrations! So we were in the main room where I did balloon twists and party games from the main stage area. The customers had been in previously to decorate including helium balloons, sweets, dangling decorations, and the half balloon arch as pictured on the stage. Two little "green" rooms either side of stage meant I could hide boxes out of sight, and I could run power from back here too and the venue staff said I could move tables around to suit how I needed it for my set up. Wooden dance floor sets the party limit to no more than 30 children (if for a birthday party) but there's plenty of seating and tables throughout for guests. There's also a side room with more tables and chairs which was used for the pizza buffet. Positives: The nice quiet and smooth lift is super handy for moving everything up and down to the hosting space. Long corridors suggests a trolly would be handy for fewer trips! Negatives: On street parking only but I didn't have trouble finding any right outside the door. Be conscious of neighbours!

Went for the first time specifically to watch some boxing. Nice venue and great value drinks.

Went here after playing the local U7 rugby club. Good disability access via a lift. Facilities really clean, we only went in one function room but there were others I assume available for hire. The parts of the building was saw were well maintained and our host made it a good atmosphere. The people serving the bar were friendly and we had a good chat about the game.

We went here for a funeral tea. It is a lo Ely location. Plenty of room for all of us to sit and chat and move round tables to catch up. Lovely clean facilities, the bar was open and reasonably priced. Also made hot drinks on request. Perfect venue for us. X
