Been twice, gave benefit of doubt first time, last night again, missing items from order. Food is good it’s just a poor service when bagging it up clearly. Spent £45 and missing items 😩 Thats 2 in 2 for George’s Place. Will give a Rice Bowl a bash next time.

Sent the wrong food for delivery and refused to rectify it. Wouldn’t send new food or send the driver back with a refund. Left us with a meal we couldn’t eat, useless.

We have been getting Chinese from George's place for years now. Best one in the local area, with authentic taste, freshly prepared vegetables and not from the supermarket frozen bag, like others. Short waiting time, welcoming and smiling staff. You need to try Ok Sauce ribs!!

Fantastic local takeaway. They are always so busy! That's a sign of how good the food is!! I would just say, be patient! They are honest about the waiting times when ordering but like any popular takeaway they don't have a crystal ball and can't predict how busy it will be. Tonight is the World Cup match of England v France and I've popped in without a pre-order, the phone is ringing off the hook and the staff are working 100% to get food ready and serve the people still coming in, but they still have accommodated my order. I lived in China and the takeaway food here is pretty good. So, it is worth the wait! 😊👍🏻I recommend the Singapore Vermicelli Noodles and the Salt & Pepper Tofu 🌶

Consistently good food here never had a bad meal. Super salt and pepper box is well super. The black bean sauce is little hot for my taste. I think like with most takeaways if you get off your backside and collect the food it is always hot. Don’t sit waiting for a delivery guy and then moan when it’s cold..
