The food was delicious. I had special fried rice and BBQ spare ribs with honey. It satisfied my cravings and hit all the right spots. I was, however, very disappointed and upset to find a hair in my mouth after taking a bit of one of the ribs. Those ribs, although delicious, were a bit tough and tasted reheated/warmed-over. All in all, mixed feelings, but I would definitely try again.
Really good food every time, just wish they'd take card. I suppose it's a tax thing. Good food though.
Honestly I have been going to HK since before 2007 (coz that is only when I remember from but probably before that as well) BUT I am now in Keighely and not Steeton based and still use them...tonights takeway especially on a Friday was amazing, hot, fresh and the lovely delivery guy even came to house we normally meet them at the bottom. Thank you we were NOT disappointed at all infact we loved it yet again and the girl on the phone is so lovely and polite...credit where credit is due..Was banging and we are all happy..thank you from the people order special curry and special fried EXTRA meat with the other staters meals X
Never had a bad Chinese from here since going for 5 years. I don't go that often but when I do I have had no issues.
Ordered shredded crispy beef with chilli (1 out of 10), Salt n pepper chicken, (5 out of 10) egg fried rice, (2 out of 10) Salt n pepper chips. (7 out of 10) The beef dish was full of pineapple and tasted of soap, the egg fried rice had no egg and the rest was average at best.
