Airedale Centre For Mental Healt

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life . The staff is really worst. Not picked up the phone. If they picked up the phone they cut the line without any reason . My sister is admitted to this hospital for about 2 months and her condition is getting worst. One of the staff member called Sheren I do know the exactly name but it’s sound like. She is very irresponsible to her duty. She picked my phone and I was worried about my sister health. She cut the line and I tried 10 times but no one picked up my call. Very bad and literally worst hospital. Don’t let your children’s in this hospital. This hospital should be removed or need to kick out those staff who are too much careless.

Staff are fabulous, nurses care and are forever helpful, support worker for the most part have time for their patients and LISTEN, offer distraction or just a chat. The doctor however bring this while place down which is such a shame as the facility itself is GOOD. The doctor is rude, arrogant and disinterested in anything you say leading to UNSAFE discharges.

Hospital itself was of good standards, most nurses were lovely and healthcare support workers were helpful, however some agency staff didn’t care at all and were quite rude and also the main doctor was quite intimidating and seemed to get something out of bullying patients into distress and misleading patients with what medication they were taking. But overall, my experience was okay. Thank you to the nurses who cared, i will miss you.

Terrible place! Dark and gloomy, messed up my medication. Nearly impossible to find staff half the time! Barely any support workers in sight! Rude doctor who talks to you like a child! Would not recommend at all! Not to mention they can’t even spell Mental Health right!!!

Disgusting!!! Rude staff, no common courtesy , sympathy or care. Treating somebody who lost their dad at their hands so disgusting . Video proof seen! They have blood on their hands and need closing down
