I had thee most amazing experience at Ava Rose Hamilton Wedding Dress Boutique! From start to finish, the staff were absolutely outstanding and truly couldn’t do enough for us. Ava was incredible at my first fitting when I said yes to the dress. I honestly cannot thank her enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble — I tried on so many dresses and she was endlessly patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with me but with everyone who came with me! She made the whole experience feel so warm, we laughed , cried, smiled ALOT & she made it so so welcoming, and so so special. 😍 And Jay… you absolute little gem! ✨ My accessory fitting was everything and more. You are simply the best. The veil and accessories were absolutely perfect and matched my dress beautifully. Legend ❤️❤️ Thank you all so, so much for helping me find my dream dress and making me feel like a real-life princess. I have so much love for Ava Rose and the amazing team behind it. Now I’m just very jealous watching all the new brides say yes to their dresses — but honestly, they’re choosing the most perfect place to do it! 💖👰‍♀️ Love, love, love! 💕

Unfortunately, my experience at this boutique wasn’t what I had hoped for. This was the first wedding dress shop I visited, and my bridesmaids had all taken time off work to join me, so it felt like an important and special occasion. Although we arrived on time for our pre-booked appointment, we were left waiting in reception for a while. I understand that staff may have been busy, but there was no explanation or apology, which set the tone slightly awkwardly. When asked about my budget, I jokingly said “under £1000,” after which I felt there was a noticeable change in engagement. I was shown the room where the dresses were hung and asked to browse on my own. I had already explained the style I was looking for and assumed dresses might be organised by type, but the racks were very tightly packed, making it difficult to view or separate the gowns. When I asked for help finding specific styles, the assistance felt minimal, which made the experience uncomfortable for both myself and my bridesmaids. Personally, I also felt the dresses did not reflect their price point. I ultimately chose not to purchase my dress here and later found my dream dress at Baildon Boutique, I willingly paid more than double what I wanted to spend as the dress was amazing and the overall experience was completely different and far more positive. I don’t usually leave reviews or complain, but wedding dress shopping is such a meaningful moment. As a mother to a young daughter, I would be disappointed if her first bridal experience felt like this. I believe people deserve to know what to expect, especially when it comes to something so important.

Becki was my stylist and was just amazing through the whole process. She listened to all my thoughts and I felt so beautiful on the best day of my life because it. Fantastic first class experience with Emma in the Silsden boutique, I loved every minute of my appointment, it was so much fun and the experience was what dreams are made of!! I have dreamt about buying my wedding dress from here since I was young, so it really was a dream come true. Me and my best friend both cried happy tears when I found THE dress. I was delighted with both the dress and the service. The boutique is beautiful, there is a really wide selection of dresses to choose from, and the sweet cart and celebration drinks were lush! Thank you for the goody bag when I said Yes to the Dress! The team are lovely and they are genuinely happy and excited for you. Ava Rose also provided some really helpful recommendations on seamstresses, I took their advice and used Betty Lavina in Otley who was also fantastic. Thanks again Ava Rose, would highly recommend! Xx
