Booked last minute as somewhere to get my head down before a big bike ride the following day. If I'm honest, I was looking for the cheapest I could find to camp, so wasn't really expecting much. I was very pleased with the site when I got there. Tidy and well kept. Tim was so helpful when I arrived. The wash/toilet facilities were very good. I was a bit put off at the 50p shower cost, but they were more than good enough. The views were great too. Thanks Brown Bank.
A great find, very clean campsite, good seperate dog walking area, plenty of nice walks to do. Toilet and showers spotless, got water points and waste points, great price (2 adults, 2 dogs, caravan incl electric £25. Very helpful owner, friendly people who live on the site in statics. Cant fault this place. Will be back.
Quiet, peaceful, spectacular views, of surrounding countryside, modern clean toilet block. Free use of DVD library and books. Great hosts too.
