The Travellers Rest, Skeeby

We had Sunday lunch here with the family while on holiday and had a lovely time. The atmosphere and service was very good. Our grandson has a severe milk allergy and they were able to provide him an allergy free Sunday lunch, which was great. We would definitely return.

We have just had a fantastic Sunday roast at this fine establishment. We were made very welcome and the food was superb. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Extra gravy? Extra veg? No problem! There definitely was a warm, community feel. Dogs and babies were most welcome! Fabulous!

Great community pub, really enjoyed our Sunday lunch (big thanks for fitting us in). Nicely cooked veg, melt in mouth beef, great colly cheese. Sorry but crumble was far too sweet.

Had a brilliant Saturday night at The Travellers Rest with our visiting friends from Bolton and Bury. Food was amazing as always with excellent choices from Starters Mains and Puddings with entertainment afterwards. Thank you Nicola and Ryan and your attentive staff. Our guest's were totally in ore of our Village Community Pub

We have just had what we have both decided, the best roast beef we have ever had! We are on holiday from Norfolk and stopped off here as part of a walk - soo glad we did! It's dog friendly with great service and lovely staff. It was also great value for money. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars 😀
