Tbf it's a lovely site just needs to be updated alot the amusement is well outdated only a few games and machines to use nearly everything is broken in the amusement... the clube house might as well not even be running like 10 people most nights... most of the activities are run in a small green hut.. again it' all needs a massive update it's a shame ..

It's great there is a golf course next door

As an owner I can only say it meets our requirements and I could recommend is site to any wannabe owners out there. Amenities are are well above average and well supervised.

Played a fair few rounds of golf here at Skipsea and it certainly is a true links course with a touch of parkland. Well kept greens, a majority of straight fairways with nice bunkers and water traps in between, it really is a good outing for most. The few cliff top holes are a challenge. 400+ yards for two of them which today when battling a 46mph wind wasn’t ideal. The pro shop is quaint but good for those needing a top up of equipment or a new glove for example. Handy too is the driving range just next to the car park as well as a nice 9 hole training course. A cafe there too, I have not tried so cannot comment.

Been an owner since beginning of 2017, The site itself is excellent for location and well looked after, with beach access, swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room, the lakes is nice and tranquil, the bars are OK, but could do with updating the drinks, Carling, Coors and Stella on tap, the shop is shocking, but at the end of the day it is peaceful and we love it! on a weekend after a hard week at work, somewhere to escape to relaxation and peace!
