This is another great pub that we found purely by accident but was a cracking find. The beer was on very decent form but unfortunately wasn't a particularly good beer and not to my liking, to be honest the range was quite poor. The food was well cooked and had that home made feel about it, very nice indeed. Is it the best pub in Skipton, no, would i go again 100% yes.
Had a delicious lunch with a some reasonably priced drinks, always a warm and friendly welcome at the Albion for locals and offcumunders alike.. just off the High Street don't miss out if you're here for the day
We was last here 15 years ago but only had beer 🍺 we ate lunch shepherds pie and steak and ale pie to finish treacle sponge everything was cooked to order came piping hot all the staff where friendly and warming only wish the Albion was my local sadly we live 30 miles away good selection of dishes traditional food thank you well worth a visit
Had a trip to Skipton with a few friends on bank holiday Monday. We visited a few pubs. Some of which we just walked straight out due to lack of decent ales on tap. I'd been to the Albion before so suggested we all went there. " Best pub in Skipton's was their reaction. Plenty of friendly staff to greet and serve us and a good choice of ales. Thank you!
A lovely homely feeling pub where the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was really tasty and very reasonably priced. A good selection of ales. I will definitely be visiting again.
