Just had a super evening meal at the narrow boat! The Guinness Steak Pie was outstanding - probably the best I have ever had! My wife and child also enjoyed their meals. The ambience is pleasant and relaxing. We certainly felt nicely chilled out! Staff were friendly and communicative.. always happy to help! We will happily come again to this establishment.

One of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. Me and my partner came for lunch and ordered tacos and a burger. Service was really nice but food took a while to arrive. The tacos were absolutely disgusting there is no other word for it. And my partner’s burger was okay but they forgot the bacon and salad on the side. My taco was served with a weird watery sauce instead of the chimichurri mentioned in the menu. I would say good place for a drink but avoid for food !

Amazing little place tucked away. Friendly staff, great seating/lighting and superb food. Dog friendly too. Small offering as it was Sunday but I knew that before I arrived. The Guinness steak pie was incredible, a huge portion and full of flavour, £16 but worth it. Nothing microwaved and great service. I struggled to move after I was so full! I Didn’t have an alcoholic drink but the coffee was excellent. The washroom was also nicely decorated and clean. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and informative.Special mention to the bar staff who took it upon themselves to draw a map of Skipton.Beer in great condition. Great visit. Not been for a few years but visited again. The bar has been moved and extended. The welcome was just as friendly by the female bar staff and the 2 different beers tried in superb condition .Food not tried.
