Cosy cafe with great menu and delicious food. I enjoyed the veggie chilli with a jacket potato and cheese, all cooked to perfection with a fresh salad, and my friend enjoyed her turkey, brie and cranberry panini with a mince pie. Friendly service and a lovely atmosphere with pottery upstairs. I will definitely be returning again.
We walked in before a lady and 2 children, we were ignored, two staff gave her their full attention, she said they were there for a painting party, asked her have you got the right day, she had to check her own phone, both staff checked diary and wasn't clear. Most eating establishments ask you to wait to be seated, we had to wait a long time before told off handed just to find a table, despite 2 members of staff infront of house and all but one table waiting to receive their order, when our drinks arrived no verbal service exchanged but a slight huff, despite our experience so far I had remained pleasant so that was uncalled for. 2 Hot Chocolates cost £5.95 each. Needless to point out I will not be taking my Granddaughter there again
I visited here for the 1st time yesterday for a baby shower. It was amazing. So much choice of things to paint, a really relaxed and cosy environment. The food was lovely and seemed homemade or locally sourced and the location is great too. Will definitely be coming back.
Came here my Aunt booked us a painting session which was amazing and we had lunch first before that my aunt got gluten free tuna melt with an oat milk mocha and she loved it and my mother got Tuna mayo jacket potato and a cup of tea which she loved and my brother (who's autistic) had a bacon and sausage butty with a chocolate milkshake and he loved it and I also had a bacon and sausage butty but with a cup of tea with soy milk and I loved mine was such a fun day and will be coming again. All staff are so kind and friendly. No complaints at all. 💕🌸💕
Horrible flat white, one of the worst coffees I have ever had. Barely any flavour and the one that was detectable was horrible. I ended up chucking almost a full take out cup which never happens. It wasn’t cheap either. Maybe they make coffee out of the clay they use to make pots and cups for that same coffee? The service was friendly though and they have a good choice of food including cakes. I had a Christmas triangle which was very tasty.
