Consistently delicious ice cream, wide variety of flavours and generous portions too. They often change up the flavours (RIP wham bar of summer 2024) but pretty much every one we try is a winner - this year the black cherry has been our favourite. Dangerous having this on our doorstep!
Wanted an ice cream but needed a drink so went for a milkshake. Double chocolate ice cream used....omg best milkshake I've ever had! Thank you Skipton. Made the end of our day trip perfect! Staff were lovely and friendly.

Very sweet sugary ice cream. Good quality ish, limited selection of flavours. Was only 1 staff member working the entire day clearly overworked and thus overwhelmed. Hygiene of shop was pretty good aside from the fact the ice cream scoop was plunged into dirty milky ice cream water to “clean” it. The thought of customers and myself seeing that really put me off and made me feel sick, especially with that dirty residue dripping onto ice creams. Food hygiene standards need to be improved but aside from that a decent ice cream shop.
We visited here 2 weeks ago we bought a smarties ice cream with a sugar cone and a strawberry ice cream with a sugar cone both were delicious!! Staff extremely friendly we will definitely return on our next visit to skipton
