The Full English Breakfast was lovely - eggs, whichever way you'd like, bacon, sausages, hash browns, mushroom, tomatoes and slice of toast. Coffee was good. The pastries (to go) are the best we've had, especially with respect to perfect lamination and bite (baking), for absolutely ages. Definitely on the revisit list. Which we did, within the week, and first thing, for a takeaway on a canal narrow boat day trip. The Full English Breakfast was as good. We had the Cronut very late in the evening. Again, the pastry was perfect. Definitely recommended for a memorable treat.

Called for lunch as they have vegan options so we ordered a vegan breakfast and vegan Buddha bowl with a mustard free lemon dressing with two teas with oat milk. The food was fabulous, great portions, fresh made to order and delicious. The staff were brilliant, very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely revisit when next in Skipton.

We were looking for somewhere for brunch and spotted Phoebe’s. We ordered the creamy mushroom bagel and the smashed avocado and both were delicious. The staff were very helpful and fitted us in though the place was busy - the only criticism would be that three of us had to squash around a two-seater table because although there was a space for a bigger table, they had run out of tables to put in the space.

Haven't been to Skipton for a while, so checked out Google reviews for a decent breakfast/brunch, and Phoebe's stood out, so booked online to ensure a table. Griendly welcome and a nice contemporary setting in what was last time I visited a Wedding dress shop. Seated quickly and menus handed out, asked for some recommendations and we after some delibation settled on a Everything Brioche and the Smashed Avo and eggs with halloumi. Excellent service and delicous quality food. Delicious coffee too. Lots of menu choice so would definitely visit again when next in the area. A few people were turned away so Id recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Overall Phoebe’s was ok. The staff were pretty friendly and attentive, there were plenty of people there on a Saturday evening without it feeling too busy and background music was well suited to a chilled evening meal. The main courses (Chicken ceaser salad bowl and Pork belly) were very good, my wife really enjoyed the mustard mash. However, the starter (scallops) were average and the sticky toffee pudding was really dry and crumbly, when we mentioned this, we were told it’s because it is gluten free, like we should have known that this would make it inedible.
