I had a very positive experience with dominos recently. I ordered a pizza one lunchtime whilst working from home and it took 90 mins to arrive when it should have been no longer than 30-40 mins.. I filled in the feedback form that was emailed and quickly got a phone call from the manager who was very apologetic and explained the traffic issues (I drove to Skipton later that day and the traffic was indeed awful), and to make amends he said my next order would be free. These things do happen and I was very impressed with how quickly it was brought up when I used the feedback channel and the manager (sorry didn’t catch his name) was very professional and happy to put things right.
spent £25 on cookies only for one box to arrive. Wrang the establishment twice and both times we were hung up on and disregarded, Only when I got my brother to speak, did they take us seriously. Internal misogyny in the workplace, And really disrespectful. Yet to receive our other Cookies.
Me and three friends had a pizza each on Saturday night, and we are still being sick and feeling like crap on Tuesday. Awful pizza also. STAY WELL AWAY
Second time I’ve ordered from domino’s Skipton. Food arrived quick, and piping hot. They use semolina in the pizza dough which keeps the bottom crisp and not greasy. This particular store is better than any others iv used. They are generous with cheese and toppings, a Large pizza for £12! Bargain! Nice one guys 👏🏼
We were on the way home after a long day hiking when we realised we didn't have any food in and thought to order a Dominos. Shortly after, we got stuck in an accident traffic just outside of Gargrave and it held us up so I called them to say we'd be later than expected for the collection. The manager offered to make us a fresh, new, hot pizza for when we arrived which obviously they didn't need to do. We really appreciated this kindness and couldn't thank them more!
