I know there was a lot of talk about the main branch closing but I have nothing but praise for the fantastic customer service I have recently received when needing help with a number of issues. Duane, the personal banker, was both kind and efficient and able to see me without an appointment on two occasions and made an appointment for me on a 3rd. He could not have been more helpful. Really couldn't ask for better. Thank you.

Having lost all hope in getting my problem fixed via phone, I was so pleased to find the Barclay Hub and in particular Anna. A very friendly and efficient member of staff, she sorted out the problem in no time. Great personality and client facing skills. A big thumbs up from this new customer.

I didn’t even realise this tiny local branch was opened when the big Barclays on the high street closed down. Just had a really positive experience in there. A kind fellow called Jamie helped me reset my app and talked me through some options that I wasn’t aware of before. Thank you!
