I had my brows done elsewhere about 7 years ago and they’d really faded, so I went for the Undo & Redo package with Becca – she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I then saw Tom for my top-up, and he was equally fantastic. He’s such a perfectionist, and being one myself, I completely trusted him! My brows now look so natural and fresh, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Becca and Tom – I’m always shouting about how amazing they are!

I had a dermaplaning facial today with Olivia, who is currently in training — you could tell she was still learning as another practitioner was kindly overseeing her work. That said, Olivia handled the treatment with such professionalism and care that I was genuinely impressed. She explained the process clearly, worked with a steady hand, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique was gentle and precise, and the results were fantastic — my skin felt incredibly smooth and looked visibly brighter afterwards. It’s clear Olivia is taking her training seriously and already showing a real talent for what she does. With continued guidance, she’s going to be excellent. Highly recommend supporting her on her learning journey — I’ll definitely be returning!

Lovely welcome and reassurance from Chloe when I arrived (I was a little apprehensive about having the powder brow treatment). Felt very well looked after during the appointment with Rebecca and only experienced a mild discomfort from the procedure. It was actually quite relaxing! Lovely experience. Would highly recommend. Great team and amazing service. I've been having full-body and face laser hair removal treatment with Anna and the results have been incredible. From the very first session the whole team were friendly and welcoming and Anna is a joy to talk to, making even the longer sessions pass by in the blink of an eye. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough!

He talked me through everything and answered all of my questions, making me feel totally at ease during the process. The whole team at RR are lovely! Chloe gave me a warm welcome as I arrived, and it was great to see Becca, who is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. The procedure was completely pain-free, and I can’t wait to see the final results. RR truly deserves all their 5-star reviews—would highly recommend, I’ll never choose anywhere else, no matter the distance.
