Katie is a really lovely bubbly professional! She always makes you feel really comfortable whenever you attend an appointment. I’ve had nails, eyebrows, hair and a piercing done with Katie and each time the treatment has been done beautifully and with care. Katie did my make up for my wedding day, I had a trial with her a month before so we decided what suited me as I am an older lady and have never had my make up done before so I was a bit nervous. Katie was wonderful on the day, she arrived with her own chair and had everything she needed. She was punctual and professional. My make up was amazing, very natural and lots of our guests commented on it. I still looked like me and it lasted all night! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Katie is just amazing!! Katie came to my wedding morning at the very early time of 5am with their being quite a large bridal party, and she was ready to go from the start! She kept everyone super calm and catered her makeup to each person to suit everyone’s individual style! Everyone looked so so beautiful, she really highlighted all of their beauty and made everyone feel so pretty all day long! My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday and after lots of investigation about the right place for us we visited Katie at The Glam Studio and she was amazing with my excited but worried 7 year old. Katie explained the whole process really clearly and carefully to her which helped her understand and manage the expectations of aftercare. During the piercing, Katie took it slow for my daughter to process and waited until she was ready for the next one. We didn't feel pressured for time or any frustration when it took longer than a usual appointment. During the aftercare, one of the stone came out of the earring itself. Katie was so apologetic and replaced with upgraded aftercare solution and the manufacturer's apologies with a free gift too. Highly recommend Katie. My daughter's ears healed perfectly with no pain or infection.
