We found our perfect Campervan on line. Spoke with Mario, visited next day and purchased. Great customer service throughout. Our greatest compliment is because we had to make a claim on the warranty, but Jo and Chris could not have been more helpful and resolved the issue. I have no hesitation in recomending NMB for their service and 'nothing is to much trouble' attitude.

Thanks once again to staff at Northern Motorhome Buyer, we can't recommend these guys enough. Following the successful purchase of our last campervan a few years ago, once we decided to upgrade to one with better external storage and the option for a fitted bike rack rather than using a towbar we had absolutely no qualms in going back. Once again service was second to none, we were left to browse at our leisure and take our time looking over each vehicle we thought suitable till we narrowed it down to a couple, when they were more than happy to discuss them in further details offering their valuable input and discussing added extras required before leaving us to check them out once again before finally making our final decision. When we needed advice and additional information regards insurance etc between purchasing and collecting they were happy to send us vehicle details via email. On switch over day, we literally turned up in one vehicle were shown the work carried out to the new one along with all the bonus added extras provided and were left to swap anything from our old one to the new one in our own time, it couldn't have been simpler. When we discovered a slight issue after collection, the matter was rectified immediately and a part sent in the post without us even needing to return. We're now looking forward to our first trip away in our new home from home and are once again more than satisfied with both service and vehicle. Thanks guys, hopefully it will be a several years before we need to see you again, but, we'll be back
