Arranged to collect parcel on Saturday morning after it wasn't delivered. Drove 26 miles round trip, 1hr 20minutes. Parcel wasn't available to collect. Complete waste of time phoning to arrange collection as they asked. If you don't have anything better to do on a Saturday morning and are happy to waste fuel then they're great. If you value your customers and want items actually delivered or available to collect guve this company a wide birth. I had originally considered using them for my company deliverys when I saw they where reasonably close, but certainly not after this this 'service'.

EasyJet lost my case 2.5 weeks ago and it's been a nightmare getting it back – but the customer service i've received today made it all a little bit better! A kind and helpful employee at the depot went the extra mile to deliver my case when i was in, so I didn't have to walk in the rain to collect it. Thank you so much, made my day before 10am!

Missed my delivery but Laura rearranged it for the next day and as I may have been out arranged for the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place. Excellent service, thank you Laura.
