Been trying to ring Skipton Sorting Office for 20 Mins, of the 5 times Ive rung 3 rang for at least 2 mins then stopped, 1 was obviously picked up and hung up, and 1 was interupted by someone trying to dial out who immediatley hung up as soon as they realised I was on the line. What hell is going on there, I have always supported the Royal Mail and the post office arguing with people that if we dont use it we will lose it and that these people deserve their jobs as well as the satelitte companys they support so I still send Christmas/Birthday/Event cards and parcels with them unlike alot I know, but sometimes you just have to realise that some companies dont deserve support. PS I tried the main Post Office website aswell and was asked to fill in my postcode for my nearest branch "Sorry this Postcode is not recognised" I give up!!!!!
Have requested a re delivery after "two attempts" first day I wasn't in so they may have knocked unsure but the following day I was in all day and no knock. I have now tried to arenage a new delivery and it never came out saying still in transit. Tried ringing their number 5 times this morning and no answer. Absolutely shocking customer service. I have two young children and it's the 6 week holiday I can't just go and collect it.
Absolutely useless. Say they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t, don’t understand what is meant by a safe place, don’t attempt re-delivery when you arrange it and don’t answer their phone. Avoid.
Useless, businesses if reviewing DO NOT use Royal mail, its slow, unreliable and you will get many refunds, i refunded my product after 3 fails, they only open for 2 hours in the morning too. I am a busy person, i can not just drop everything for a 2 hour window, so subsequently i refunded my £2300 computer purchase. Again, do NOT use unless forced to, use DPD, Amazon hell a pigeon would be better
delivery attempted???!!! no one even knock my door ive been waiting for my package throughout the day. these delivery drivers are just plain lazy. second time experience! what a joke
