Madeeha was once again exceptional in her care. Shes warm, professional, and incredibly skilled at her craft. It’s been a rough several months in other areas and I never thought, the dentist was where I’d start realising that there are still good people around. 5 stars
Fabulous attention to detail. Fully explained treatment options and took my preferences into account too. Showed me my X-rays and explained everything. Gave lots of information about caring for my teeth properly. Best dentist experience I’ve had by far!
Nice staff, clean environment. Have attended Acorn for 5 years and most often have seen Bogden, who is an absolute gem, but I got an asap appt as painful and bleeding. The dentist I did see was equally extremely pleasant and kind ~ gentle, attentive, understanding, very thorough and explained problem and treatment very clearly. Many thanks.
The dental hygienist called Faye was excellent, friendly and very gentle , great result with my teeth. The receptionists however were not friendly, nobody looked up and said hello when I walked in and then proceeded to ignore me for nearly 5 minutes . Eventually they acknowledged me but the customer experience is pretty poor. I have now spoken to the Practice Manager who has assured me that they will improve training for staff so that their service is improved. I really appreciate her taking the time to contact me, and look forward to going back .
I had severe toothache say went to reception, who gave me an appointment an hour later. I was seen by the young Dentist who pleasantly treated me and advised the tooth to be extracted, which he did quickly and with very little pain. Thank you.
