Excellent service diagnosed by Doctor using on line system, antibiotics sent immediately to pharmacy for collection... sample sent to lab... results received following day confirming original diagnosis. Needed to contact surgery on completion of medication was offered a same day appointment. Couldn't ask for a more efficient or professional service. THANK YOU to all at Dyneley House.

I've just registered at this practice after moving to the area, and I have already received amazing care. Dr Petitt called me immediately after I submitted a request for a consultation, and set the wheels in motion to be seen for a long term female 'situation' that I don't feel my former practice took too seriously. I saw Dr Seabourne yesterday after having a telephone consultation the previous week, and I immediately felt listened to, and that the practice were going above and beyond to get me seen at Airedale for treatment I probably needed long ago! Dr Seabourne was friendly, encouraging and I feel confident that choosing to register at this practice was an excellent decision!

My friend went here for troubles with sexual health, the doctors completely dismissed her symptoms and condition and acted as if they didn’t care. She had to go else where for a second opinion which she had to pay for only to find out she has pcos, absolutely disgraceful treatment from this practice, will definitely not be going here.

An excellent service from Dr Phillips and the staff today 20/06/25.. I filled in the online request form at 07.30, received a call back at 8.30 and appointment at 09.40. Problem analysed. Medication prescribed ( collected at Skipton pharmacy within 30 mins) a blood test organised and taken before I left the building. By 17.30 the same day, the results, analysis and recommendations texted to me. Could you wish for more? Thank you.

My experiences have been hit and miss. I get a different GP every time. Most don't understand my medical issues as I have a lot of endocrine problems and they get confused with my meds which is frustrating. I get a GP who is great and tries to come up with a pain management routine and is empathetic... Then a GP who I booked to talk about HRT and he legit has no idea how it works and googles it and then has to ask a colleague. Getting referrals for more specialist care is like pulling teeth. Getting advice on social care for mental health or disability issues is even more jarring. A lot of it is due to underfunding which is why I'm not too directly mad. But things like being dragged in for a face to face appointment to be told "sorry we can't even give you meds for pain cus the rules changed, see ya" is so frustrating. They used to be much better, but they're changing management and organisation and you can tell.
