I visited The Foot Company yesterday and was impressed with the excellent service (Not having visited a podiatrist since childhood!) Shuja was knowledgeable and kind. Answering any questions I had about problems with my feet. My feet feel great and my toenails have never looked so good! Thank you.
I had my ingrowing toenail corrected by Mev yesterday. She was friendly, polite and thoroughly professional and the procedure caused me no pain. I wish she worked for them full time as I would book her services again without hesitation.
No issues with treatment however the email I received today (28 March 2024) wasn't great. As well as my Invoice and confirmation of my next appointment I also received a marketing email. It offered a discount on treatment for my Mum for Mother's Day. Firstly Mother's Day was nearly 3 weeks ago on 10 March and secondly, and I appreciate they wouldn't know this, my Mum passed away on 29 March last year so tomorrow is the first anniversary. Therefore I found the email in very bad taste.
