JAM electrics promoted by Belvoir rentals for me new home. Over quoted, by £600 when queried amended to reasonable amount to fit an already purchased EV charger. Radio silence ever since after contacting to arrange fitting…nothing. Absolute disregard for customer care. Feedback shared with Belvoir I do hope they think before recommending JAM electrics to customers again.

James and his team are a pleasure to work with, nothing is to much trouble, they are a perfect example of what "good" looks like it's a shame more trades people don't work like them. They are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly "reliable". Not only can we recommend them, we frequently do.

The RCD popped for our upstairs lights for no apparent reason so I reset it and everything worked as it should for a couple of minutes then it popped again. We have used JAM Electrical in the past so called James at 10am, explained the problem, and he said he would send someone out and should be with us around lunch time. At noon his man arrived and went straight to work and soon identified the problem as fault with the bathroom pull switch. He showed us the fault and fitted a new switch, cleaned up and was gone. Excellent service as always from James and would recommend JAM Electrical.

James and his team have been thoroughly professional before, during and after their work. I was surprised, not only was their work outstanding but that they even hoovered and tidied up as they left the house even though they had done the work spotlessly tidy whist working! They said they hoovered just in case there was any dust that was collected whilst they worked. Their business is also conducted with integrity in pricing as in it is very reasonable. I didn't have any surprises. I would strongly recommended James and his team for all call outs, even if it might seem insignificant, they would oblige.

James comes highly recommended by us. We have used him a few times. He is extremely reliable & professional and nothings too much trouble. We’ve always been thrilled to bits with his work!
